Management

Togetherness, consistency and reliability are core corporate values which, since its foundation, have been an integral part of our company life. And they are pursued with great commitment by each generation of the owner family. Beiselen is a family business with a distinct corporate identity. Today two generations of family members manage the business in the same tradition.
Mr Rainer Schuler, managing partner, has 40 years of experience in the business – providing consistency at the top management level of Beiselen. He heads the management board and is also responsible for the commodities business area.
Mr Magnus Schuler, managing partner, is responsible for sales, plant production consultancy and strategic and operative marketing.
Mr Martin Jäger, sales manager, completes the management and has many years of experience, in particular concerning digitalisation and change management.

In this constellation, which is particularly geared towards sustainability, the management is going to resolutely tackle the challenges facing the agricultural market and continue developing Beiselen as a company.
The management is supported by an advisory and supervisory board. Family members involved in the business, management and supervisory board work together in an atmosphere of trust, sharing a constructively critical approach, on the basis of which Beiselen is being directed into the future.

Beiselen is structured in 3 business segments and 11 sales regions. Staff functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, or Controlling are located at the companies headquarter in Ulm. Within the corporate culture our entrepreneurially thinking and acting employees always develop new ideas and impulses for the company.
